Data controller

Saeid Gholami — TroWeb / TROWEB, 84 rue du Docteur Andarelli, 84400 Apt, France. Contact: said@troweb.fr.

Data collected

Only the data you choose to enter:

Through the contact form or by email: name, email address, company name (optional), need and content of your message.

With Sarv, the brief assistant (sarv.troweb.fr): your first name, your email address, your phone number (optional), your answers to the questions, your brand name and your website address if you have one.

Purpose and legal basis

To answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a commercial proposal. Legal basis: your consent (checkbox) and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

For Sarv: verify your email address with a code, prepare your brief, ask one or two follow-up questions, write the summary, run the preliminary check of your website or check whether your domain name is available, send you your brief and, if you stopped halfway, a single reminder.

Retention period

Three years from the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship is established (data is then retained in line with legal and accounting obligations).

  • Submitted briefs: three years after the last exchange.
  • Drafts and links to resume a brief: 30 days.
  • Verification codes: one day.
  • Technical logs: 12 months, with no IP address stored in clear.

Recipients

Your data is never sold or transferred. Only the data controller can access it, along with the technical providers strictly needed for sending and hosting.

Sarv uses these processors, each for one specific task:

  • Hostinger (hosting and email, European Union).
  • Anthropic (artificial intelligence, United States): receives your answers to write the follow-up questions and the summary. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
  • Google (PageSpeed Insights): receives only the public address of your website, for the preliminary check.
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile): checks that you are not a robot, using technical signals from your browser.
  • Domain name registries (AFNIC, Verisign): receive only your brand name, to check whether it is available.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are hosted on the website itself: no request is sent to third-party services during your visit.

Sarv uses no cookies either. Your progress is saved in your browser’s storage, on your device; the “Delete everything” button removes it, along with the draft kept on our servers.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to said@troweb.fr. If you disagree, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
